Torrance Real Estate
The Torrance real estate market has seen a serious shortage of good inventory. What I mean by this is that a few of the homes on the market are in seriously dilapidated condition and/or overpriced. Fair market value seems to go out the door when there are more buyers than sellers but the bottom line is the appraisal and the most someone is willing to pay for a home.
